Mayo Civic Center Advertising Opportunities
Advertising with the Mayo Civic Center provides large and small businesses with a variety of opportunities to meet their business goals and objectives. Take advantage of the opportunity for your business to be seen by nearly 400,000 potential clients at over 300 annual events.
Grand Lobby Signage
- Positioned at a height to insure no obstruction during tradeshows
- Panels measure 48” wide by 60.5” tall. Cost is $1200/year (only $100 per month!) with a 3 year commitment. (Visual opening is 56 1/2" x 44", so artwork should be designed to fit in that opening).
- Inserts are at the expense of the advertiser (and artwork needs to be approved by Mayo Civic Center).
- Cost is approximately $175 to produce them from your own artwork.
- New panels may be produced at your expense as often as you want as long as content is approved by Mayo Civic Center.
Backlit Signs in Taylor Arena
- Positioned above exit doors in Taylor Arena
- There are two units available above two of the exit doors in Taylor Arena. Panels measure 12' wide by 3' tall.
- Cost is $1200/year for a full panel or $650/year for 1/2 of the panel with a 3 year commitment.
- Inserts are at the expense of the advertiser (and artwork needs to be approved by Mayo Civic Center).
- Cost is approximately $155/half panel or $315 for full panel to produce them from your own artwork.
- New panels may be produced at your expense as often as you want as long as content is approved by Mayo Civic Center.
Digital Display Advertising
- 15 monitors located throughout facility
- Monitors are 42” or 60”
- Programming and Playback – Packages
Client provided artwork/commercial to run as follows:
- Still image: 10 seconds, 20 times per hour
- Video: 10 or 15 seconds, 10 times per hour (no audio)
- Video: 15+ seconds, 5 times per hour (no audio)
Cost: $2000/per year will ensure your ad runs on at least the 7 primary monitors (Arena, Box Office, Grand Lobby, Ballroom entry, Rotunda, Presentation Hall and North Lobby). Most often ads will run on all 15 monitors.
Event Sponsorship
The Mayo Civic Center has several sponsorship opportunities throughout the year. These range from sporting events to family shows. We will work with you to customize a package that includes: media tags, tickets, promotions and hospitality.
