Northern Lights Festival
December 2-18, 2022 | Fridays: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Sundays: 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Drawing its inspiration from the wintery North, the Northern Lights Festival is Minnesota's newest holiday experience. The festival has something for people of all ages to enjoy; chances to eat and drink, enjoy the 25,000+ sq. ft. light park, shop in the Mini MN Christmas Market, winter storm yoga, countless photo ops (rumor has it Santa is making a few appearances), make-and-take experiences and more.
The Northern Lights Festival is put on by Fight For Something, and a portion of all proceeds go to Santa’s College Fund, a scholarship that exists to remove financial barriers to higher education faced by many of our refugee neighbors living right here in Minnesota, through four-year scholarships.
Kat Perkins: A North Country Christmas

Minnesota vocalist and finalist on Season 6 of NBC’s The Voice, Kat Perkins, is coming to Mayo Civic Center for a special holiday performance. Kat Perkins - A North Country Christmas is an incredible blend of traditional Christmas songs with Kat’s modern spin. She incorporates her audience in fun crowd participation holiday songs and even features an up-and-coming young star at each venue. Together she has created a fun, rockin’ show to celebrate the holidays filled with great music, laughter and even her own original Christmas songs! It’s a must see all ages opportunity to bring the entire family!
A Magical Cirque Christmas

A Magical Cirque Christmas is a comedic, musical, and magic-filled holiday experience that makes a perfect date night, fun family adventure, and group outing. World-acclaimed performers and cirque artists take audiences back in time, immersing them in the spirit of the season and performing Christmas classics through the decades.
Rochester Dance Company presents The Nutcracker
December 10-11, 2022 | 2:00 p.m. | Mayo Civic Center
The production will feature young dancers from Rochester and the surrounding area, plus professional guest artists. Children love the naughty mice, the toy soldiers and Clara's courage in their thrilling battle scene; adults appreciate the classic dance and the timeless music of Tchaikovsky. Rochester Dance Company's production of The Nutcracker features lavish professionally designed costumes, hand-painted sets and highly detailed props, including a Christmas tree that appears to grow by magic.
WWE Holiday Tour
December 18, 2022 | 7:00 p.m. | Mayo Civic Center
The WWE Holiday Tour is set to include Matt Riddle vs. Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins vs. Austin Theory in the United States Championship Triple Threat Match. Don't miss the eight man tag team match with Drew McIntyre and the Brawling Brutes vs. The Usos, Sami Zayn and Solo Sikoa (card is subject to change).
