Additional services including ticketing, electrical connectivity, telecommunications and equipment rental give you what you need to create the whole package.
The professional event staff at the Mayo Civic Center is committed to making sure every event runs as smoothly, safely and successfully as possible. Stagehand and technical staff are available to provide support before, during and after events and ease transitions. Security staff control access to restricted areas, enforce policies for food/beverage and photography and take responsibility for general crowd safety and control measures. Additionally, ushers are on hand to provide assistance to guests and serve as a primary point of contact during an event.

At the Mayo Civic Center, we understand that catering can be one of the most important factors in the success of an event. That's why we've created a unique set of catering options that allows you to select from one of five signature caterers we've partnered with to help you create a memorable dining experience. As the exclusive provider of alcohol and concession services, our professional, in-house team will provide everything you need to complete your vision as you and your sales manager design the perfect food and beverage experience.
We are happy to assist event planners, vendors and exhibitors with small show shipping and receiving needs. In order to provide the most efficient level of service possible, we have created a separate process for shipping and receiving for events with vendors numbering less than 20. For shows with more than 20 vendors, please contact your show decorator for drayage options.
